Other features: She wears her hair in a side ponytail with a red ribbon. Her hair is curled on the ends. She's about average height for a female her age. Her chest is also still completely flat which is normal, but something she secretly worries about. Her eyes are thick, like her cousin's. Wendy's really thin, but has relatively strong arms and legs. Her posture is really bad, but she doesn't particulary care. She also dresses sloppily, and not warmly, with a belly-baring tank top and jean shorts. When she's not using her Pokeballs, she almost always has a paintbrush in hand. She sometimes wears a large and long red tie around her neck. Her usual expression is a side frown with her eyebrows slightly bent down.

Character Background:
Personality: At first, Wendy just seems like a grumpy tomboy. Her expression always looks pretty bummed out, and other than some of the clothes she wears, she isn't very girly. Wendy talks like a boy, and only really likes conversing with guys. However, she actually worries about not being girly enough, so that she'll never make real female friends. She's also pretty blunt. The one thing she really loves is art. She is always painting or doodling different things, especially Pokemon. If she sees something that she wants to draw, she won't do anything else until she gets it. Wendy also has a strong feeling of independence, and doesn't like relying on others. As a kid, she likes playing a lot, and doesn't get tired easily. However, again, she doesn't really show excitement a lot, and smiles are rare. She treats people from outside Molinia with a small sense of hostility. Due to her being used to the islands, she really likes water, and isn't used to particularly cool weather.
Town/City of origin: Molinia
Background: Wendy was raised completely by the sea. She had parents growing up, but they weren't too attentive to her, so she spent her days exploring her home island. She began to doodle the amazing views she found in the sand or the dirt with a stick, but since that was impractical, Wendy began to carry around a small sketchbook, until she was so obsessed with art that she would leave home without a full collection of almost any type of picture-creating art tool possible. Her exacapades only stopped when the brunette hit a sea, or it started getting dark outside. Wendy gained her strong sense of independence from this. However, because she never really settled down, she was always pretty alone. Wendy didn't really mind on the outside, but was always worried when she was with her cousins and saw how close they were.
One day, this changed. Wendy was exploring a rather thick palm tree forest, looking for a rare plant that someone in the town over had mentioned to sketch. However, while she was skidding down a hill towards the projected location, Wendy heard a low sad cry coming from a pit below. Curious, she climbed down and found a small Eevee unable to get out of the hole. She helped it get out, and her adventure started from there.
Soon, Palette (whom Wendy had named after something that every artist needs) and Wendy went everywhere they were together. Wendy began to doodle Palette almost as often as the scenes. She realized that she wanted to sketch all different other types of Pokemon. So, she began to become a Trainer so that Wendy would not only be able to see and collect many other types of Pokemon, but also be able to see places beyond the reaches of her island.
So far, Palette and Wendy haven't done incredibly well in battle. Palette's about average strength, but gets indimitated easily, causing it to run off. Wendy hopes to get Palette to get less mentally weak soon, or at least to obtain a new stronger Pokemon.
Relations with other characters:
(Um, I like her to have relations with the Oceanians, micronations, and the other members of the Kirkland Brigade, but nothing so far. Hopefully soon, though.

Other: Attacks of Palette include Tackle, Quick Attack, and Helping Hand. Palette wears a red tie similar to that of Wendy, but on a smaller scale, and with numerous paint splotches from when Palette wants attention while Wendy's painting and comes up under Wendy's other palette. Palette's pretty affectionate to Wendy, and almost too trusting of others. She also has a tendency to randomly run off when not physical touching Wendy, and gets lost easily. Palette's also a bit of a crybaby.
