Starter Pokemon
Pokemon Attacks
Pokemon Battles
[li] Mods can initiate wild battles, or indicate any Pokemon in surroundings.
[/li][li] When it comes to wild battles, mods decide what the Pokemon do and how much damage is done either way.
(At the end of their posts, stats will be listed like for example:
Pikachu: Hp: 80% +speed
Wild rattata: Hp: 20% -Sp. Def. *confused*)
Trainer battles
[/li][li] Trainer Battles can go two ways. With or without mod guidance.
[/li][li] With mod guidance, the mod decides how much damage each attack does, what hits and what misses, etc. (and will post stats like above)
[/li][li] Without mod guidance, the trainers involved in the battle decide what goes.
- It might be smart in this case to decide beforehand which of the two pokemon win.
- This can be done by flipping a coin/random number generators online if minds cannot be made up.
- Of course, one can always win it, but be careful not to get into godmodding in this case and actually make sure one side wins or loses.

- You are allowed to use any Pokemon for starter, as long as it is:
- Fairly common
- First stage - This is to open up a wider variation of Pokemon. (Besides, the generic game starters are supposedly 'rare' anyway)
- If you really wish however, you can still pick a generic starter. (Bulbasaur, Cyndaquil, Mudkip, etc.)
- Mods will decide whether your choice is valid or not.
- Remember, first stage and fairly common.
- This means, pokemon like Pidgey, Mareep, Vulpix, Staryu, etc. are fine.
- Dratini, Larvitar, Riolu, Eevee, Beldum, Clefairy etc. Are not.
- In the case of pre-evolutions (Igglybuff, Pichu, etc.), the pre-ev or next stage (Jigglypuff, Pikachu, etc.) are fine. - No shinies. (Saying this, even though it should be logical.)
- One may start with more than one Pokemon (within reason), but reason has to be given within the application.
- Similarly one may start with a slightly stronger Pokemon if it befits their background. Please state your reasons well in the application however.
Pokemon Attacks
- Use official pokemon attacks . More lists can be found in the resources.
- A Pokemon may not know more than 4 attacks.
- However, attacks like tackle, bite, scratch, etc. do not need to take up an attack slot. (Since they'd be logical for a pokemon to know if they have a body to tackle with, teeth to bite, claws to scratch, etc.)
- When battling, you are free to use your surroundings! Make a plan! Use teamwork if you're double battling, have some fun beyond the generic fighting!~

Leveling up
- Pokemon may be leveled up at your own convenience, but don't go crazy here. Don't grow tens of levels at once out of nowhere.
Money Making
- Money is represented next to your posts, and can also be found on your profile.
- Money may be earned several ways in the roleplay. Through battling, events, etc.
- Money will be added or subtracted when you find, buy, or sell things.
- Every post made will earn 100 pokedollars. (This amount may be changed or adjusted accordingly)
